About Our Founder
Dale LeMonds
Dale LeMonds is the owner and founder of five premier Aveda cosmetology schools in Tucson, Provo, Phoenix, Avondale and Denver. He has graduated thousands of students who have gone on to be leaders in the industry: from salon owners, to editorial stylists, to celebrity stylists, to product manufacturers, to creative team members. He has had over twenty NAHA nominations and six Student Hairstylist of the Year winners, and regularly travels the world to participate in fashion week, and to guest-instruct on location in Tokyo, India, Barcelona, Berlin and London, to name a few.
While his educational focus on technical excellence is unparalleled, it is his focus on customer service that makes the students of his schools stand out in the industry. He brings that same level of customer care to LeMonds Spa and Salon, which is what makes us stand out as the best spa in Arizona.
Dale has been a lifelong user of Aveda since high school, and embraces the company in part because their mission statement aligns with his personal values—to care for the world we live in—as well as his professional values, with the continued comprehensive support and high standards that makes Aveda a world leader in salon and spa products, services and education.
