Cancellation policy: 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card is required to hold your appointment but is not charged at booking. Same-day cancellations and late arrivals that prevent us from performing your service are charged 50%; no-shows are charged 100%. Confirmation texts are sent 48 hours prior, with a cancellation-policy reminder 24 hours prior. Pricing varies by length, density, time required and stylist experience and is subject to change. Some services require a consultation and/or deposit.

Minimum age: Guests age 13 and under may only receive salon services and must complete a child waiver with a legal guardian on property. Ages 14–17 may receive salon, massage or facial services with a child waiver and legal guardian on property; massage services for minors must be performed by a same-gender provider. Ages 16–17 may use amenities when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be returned or exchanged.
